Our newest apprentice and a wonderful addition to our team! She recently visited Niagara Falls with the girls, where she had the chance to connect with the Global team from Eufora. Sidney engaged in learning the latest cutting trends for both men and women and discovered new balayage techniques. She has also stepped into the front desk role, to help make your experience seemless.
AMANDA SCINTA

With 17 years behind the chair, Amanda’s passion for hair has only grown. She loves every aspect of the industry—creating fresh styles, coloring, highlighting, balayage, and upstyling—but most of all, she loves helping her clients feel confident and beautiful. To Amanda, hair is one of our best accessories, and she takes pride in making sure each client leaves feeling their best.
Amanda is committed to ongoing education and recently attended Eufora On Tour in Niagara Falls, NY, where she refined her skills in balayage, men’s cutting, and women’s trend styling. For the first 10 years of her career, she worked with The Color by Paul Mitchell, but as she became more conscious of living a holistic, organic lifestyle, she realized she needed to align her work environment with her values.
Her perspective shifted even more after welcoming her first baby boy and stepping away from the salon for three months. Upon returning, she recognized just how toxic her previous salon environment had been—not only for her long-term health but also for her overall well-being. She knew it was time for a change.
That change came when she met Colby and discovered Pure Organics Salon. Their connection was instant, and joining the team became one of the best decisions of her career.
At Pure Organics Salon and Spa , Amanda has found the perfect balance—prioritizing her health, family, and home life while continuing to do what she loves in a healthy, non-toxic environment.
GABRIELLA "GABI" OLIVO
Colour Melts Women Cuts Styling
Gabriella grew up in Orchard Park where she was a competitive Equestrian up until going to college.
She attended SUNY Fredonia where she majored in Theatrical Design & Technology.
providing artistic & technical design for theatrical performances.
As well as, assisting with make-up, hair styling & costume design.

After realizing that she had a passion for hair coloring & styling, she attended Continental School of Beauty.
She has 6 years experience, and understands the “ins and outs” of salon life.
She’s attended multiple advanced haircutting & coloring classes where she’s fine tuned her skills. She loves to take on going education to keep up with modern trends & sharpen skills.
She is certified in Babe hair extensions, such as tape in & sewn in extensions.
She is also certified in the VIA One Method, a 3 day cutting course with Eufora.
She recently attended the Eufora On Tour where she took hands on trend cutting, mens cutting and new balayage techniques.
When she’s not styling hair she is working on her art business, “The Arte Hive,” painting & crafting.
Gabi specializes in lived in color, alternative colors, extensions, men’s cuts and women’s cuts & styling.

TAYLOR STEWART
Blonding Specialist
Taylor’s passion for hair started at a young age. While in high school, she took the opportunity to attend the BOCES Cosmetology Program, where she spent two years mastering the art of hair. After completing 1,000 hours of training, she earned her cosmetology license in 2019. She then continued her education at Corning Community College, studying Business Administration to deepen her understanding of the industry.
With six years of experience, Taylor began her career specializing in on-site bridal hair and makeup. Over time, she discovered her love for blonding and lived-in color, now focusing on creating effortless, dimensional looks using natural and organic products. Her goal is for every client to leave feeling confident and beautiful.
Taylor is committed to continued education and has trained with top industry experts. She completed Lupe Voss’ hands-on “Fast Foiling Techniques” class in Rochester, NY, and studied Color Theory with Eufora’s Zero-Ammonia line.
She also attended Eufora on Tour, where she advanced her skills in trend cutting, men’s cutting, and balayage techniques. Taylor is always eager to learn new methods to provide the best results for her clients.

​Trinity attended the 2 day, 4 classes with Eufora On Tour. This was a 2 day jammed packed of new trends for mens cutting, womens cutting, balayage techniques.

Recently Trinity has been certified in VIA 1 with Eufora. This was a 3 day cutting course taught by Micky Hatoum.
Meet Colby Jagielo, the visionary owner of Pure Organics Salon and Spa.
With over 18 years in the hair industry, Colby brings a deep passion for organic living both at home and behind the chair. She carefully selects every product carried by Pure Organics Salon, ensuring that her guests receive not only exceptional service but also the knowledge to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Colby’s primary goal is to create a salon environment that feels like a breath of fresh air—eco-friendly and free of harsh chemical fumes. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of learning from some of the industry’s best. Her education at the Advanced Academy of Aveda equipped her with advanced cutting and coloring techniques, and her subsequent introduction to Organic Colour Systems sparked a love for both the color line and the company. More recently, she discovered the benefits of the Eufora Zero-ammonia line.
Beyond her professional life, Colby is a dedicated mother to two energetic boys. In 2019, she embarked on the journey of homeschooling them while also cheering them on at lacrosse and football games throughout the year. Despite her busy schedule, Colby still finds time to enjoy date nights with her husband, cherishing moments out to dinner without the kids.

Focusing on hair & makeup with just over 2 years of experience, she is proud to say that her clients love her work. She is also working on doing facials, inspired by her passion for skincare.
Always eager to learn, she embrace being an ‘everything girl,’ ready to meet her clients’ diverse needs. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and keeping her home beautifully organized and inviting, which fuels her love for aesthetics and creativity.

Nail Facial Massage
“Our spa embraces a culture of wellness and relaxation, offering organic skincare, rejuvenating massages, and holistic nail care. Our dedicated team thrives in a fast-paced environment, working seamlessly together to ensure every client experiences ultimate relaxation and care. “
Laura graduated from Niagara County Community College in 2020 with an Associate in Applied Science degree, concentrating in Massage Therapy. She is passionate about helping others heal through a holistic and compassionate approach. Utilizing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy, she tailors each session to her clients’ needs. In addition to these modalities, she is a certified Reiki Master practitioner and takes an intuitive approach to massage.
Laura is also trained in Thai massage, which incorporates stretching and compression to enhance mobility and relaxation. Her background in athletics—including ice hockey, softball, and weightlifting—fueled her deep interest in health and wellness. She believes self-care is essential for healing and rejuvenation.
Outside of massage therapy, Laura enjoys being in nature, spending time on the water, and gardening. A passionate traveler, she has explored various destinations around the world, with Costa Rica being her favorite. She dreams of opening a retreat center there one day.
